Published in association with The Pavement Studio,  Operation Jurassic is the culmination of an eight-year-long photographic collaboration between brother and sister Pablo and Roxana Allison exploring the intricate and emotional journey leading up to, during and after Pablo’s imprisonment in the UK revealing personal moments, emotions and the passing of time. 

The book, titled after the official police investigation name, combines photos, legal documents, letters, emails, drawings and diary extracts providing the viewer with an intimate approach of the legal process whilst reflecting on issues of freedom of expression and justice. 

The publication was recipient of the National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance Bursary 2018 and received funding from The Digital Women's Archive North (DWAN). The introductory essay was written by writer, curator and educator Pete Brook (prisonphotography.org) and an afterword by Roxana Allison.
